MORE NEWS AND UPDATES as our 40th Reunion is now behind us... it's part of our history... our legacy as grads of Cow High. The following provides a current update on what's a'happening with the CSSS Class of 1970...

THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT
for a weekend of fun... we saw a lot of you there!
OUR GRADS ONLY NIGHT on Friday, July 23rd 2010 at the Maple Bay Rowing Club, let us reconnect with our classmates all on our own... some 109 grads joined in for a lively chit-chat and to rekindle friendships, many from way back then and some new.
GRADS + PARTNERS OR GUESTS on Saturday, July 24th 2010 at Maple Grove Campsite, started around 3pm as grads and guests started showing up... for those who arrived early, there was lots of time to visit, play or relax while anticipating the afternoon and evening's activities.
SUNNY FAREWELLS on Sunday, July 25th 2010 at Maple Grove for those who were hanging onto the vibes of a rockin' great time, with a pleasant walk to S Pool on the Cowichan River.

TO BLOG or NOT TO BLOG... still is 'the' Question! |

THE CSSS BLOG HAS BEEN UP and running since mid-April, as a means for grads to exchange stories, ideas and to catch up generally. Several have started using the blog, which now has 167 accounts set up, and 20 more to add. By the time this update reaches you, accounts will have been set up for all classmates with an email address, which will bring the number up to 187... about 60% of our class!
In addition to the CSSS Blog, grads still have the opportunity use the email list to chit-chat... but be warned ...the email volume can be overwhelming. Take it from those who opted out of email to use the blog for the long term.
We are encouraging all grads who have yet to check out the CSSS Blog to check it out. If you're already blogging... great ...keep it up! Reminders... to add a post or a comment, you must be logged in... tutorials are included in the Blogging How Tos to help the newbies get started! |

40th REUNION PHOTOS ARE ONLINE for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Joe Carr has posted some really great photos from all three Reunion events. As we saw a lot of our classmates taking photos here, there and everywhere, we encourage you to upload photos that you've taken.
